Library Publishing at USUCST specializes in publishing open access publications based on Creative Commons (CC BY) licenses: electronic scientific journals, monographs, textbooks, and collections of scientific conference proceedings.

Digital library publishing contributes to increasing the value of university science and education, developing opportunities for members of the academic community to share discoveries and ideas, preserving and making available research results and unique historical documents of USUST.

The main publishing resources of the Library are open access resources and include: the CRUST repository, 2 peer-reviewed scientific journals, annual reports of scientific conferences, e-books (textbooks, manuals, monographs). 

The main publishing services are aimed at supporting the production, distribution and preservation of academic and scientific works; as well as advising the university community on the creation of scientific works, their open access publication, copyright, metadata, analytics, providing publishing experience to the editors of other university publications in the transition to the OJS, OCS and OMP platforms.

The publishing activity of the scientific library focuses on maximizing the impact of USUST publications within the international scientific, educational and public sphere and promoting the free exchange of knowledge.

In digital publishing of books (textbooks, manuals, monographs), the Digital Publishing House in the Library cooperates with the editorial and publishing sector of the University Web Management Center.


Within the framework of the library publishing house are created:

-  journal Science and Transport Progress;

-  journal Anthropological Measurements of Philosophical Research;

- journal of scientific reports of the conference "University Library at a New Stage of Social Communications Development. Conference Proceedings";

- CRUST repository;

- conference materials "University Library at a New Stage of Social Communications Development";

- E-books (in Ukrainian);

- Multimedia: Open Educational Resources (a series of video lectures); Open Knowledge in Ukrainian Universities: Open Educational Resources (a series of webinars for HEI communities)
